As an Administrative Assistant, you would report directly to the office manager assisting with the day-to-day functions of the office.   • 21 years of age
  • High school diploma or its equivalent
  • Possess a valid driver's license 
  • Maintain reliable transportation
  • Expert in general clerical, secretarial, receptionist, word processing, filing, and record-keeping tasks
  • Ability to handle proprietary, sensitive and confidential information
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required investigator credentials
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including highly technical writing, proofreading, and editing
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Very detail oriented individual
  • Basic knowledge of and proficiency in Microsoft Office 
  • Maintain a neat and professional appearance

  • Screen employment appliciations and coordinate interviews for canndidates closely resembling the company's values and mission to yield an adequate hiring pool for the Director of Human Resources
  • Direct callers to appropriate staff quickly and efficiently minimizing caller wait time
  • Maintain all Human Resources data orchestrating an alphabetical and chronological system to enable staff to find documents while complying with strict legal regulation requiring the destruction of personal information after a specified period of time
  • Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures
  • Typing correspondence for internal and external communications
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to office administration
