At Tier 5 Investigations, our case managers scope and review all internal and external applications to ensure that all case requirements are met with accuracy and timeliness. Our case managers serve as the first line of contact between our company and our client or applicant; therefore, all case managers must prove exceptional time-management, organizational, communication (verbal and nonverbal) skills while being able to adjust in a dynamic work environment and remain professional.
  • 21 years of age
  • High school diploma or its equivalent
  • Maintain reliable transportation
  • Expert in general clerical, secretarial, receptionist, word processing, filing, and record-keeping tasks
  • Ability to handle proprietary, sensitive and confidential information
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required investigator credentials
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including highly technical writing, proofreading, and editing
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Very detail oriented individual
  • Basic knowledge of and proficiency in Microsoft Office 
  • Maintain a neat and professional appearance
  • Submit to a comprehensive background check
  • Submit to fingerprinting
  • Submit to pre-employment drug test and subsequent random drug testing upon demand
  • Ability to frequently compose coherent reports written in English

  • Retrieve and review applications via secure portal
  • Ensure all of the required sections of the application are complete prior to case assignment; reach point of contact to retrieve missing data
  • Sort components of application and assign to investigators according to availability and geographical location
  • Advise investigators of case assignments and ensure that all cases are completed accurately and timely
  • Communicate effectively with investigators and upper management 
  • Manage all FedEx packages with case information without error
