Our field investigators are tasked with conducting internal and external background investigations, ranging in complexity, into potential candidates. The investigator will be responsible for conducting fieldwork--not limited to the retrieval and verification of records, interviewing, etc.--to produce reports of investigations. As a field investigator, you will control your availability and maintain a flexible schedule to conduct the fieldwork required. Regular travel throughout the geographic area of responsibility is required; therefore, all investigators must own and maintain a vehicle that will provide a reliable means of transportation throughout the duration of employment.
  • 21 years of age
  • High school diploma or its equivalent
  • Must own and maintain a vehicle to serve as a reliable means of transportation
  • Possess a valid driver's license 
  • Maintain reliable transportation
  • Expert in general clerical, secretarial, receptionist, word processing, filing, and record-keeping tasks
  • Ability to handle proprietary, sensitive and confidential information
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required investigator credentials
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor
  • Ability to adapt to changing tasks, situations and work environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including highly technical writing, proofreading, and editing
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Very detail oriented individual
  • Basic knowledge of and proficiency in Microsoft Office 
  • Maintain a neat and professional appearance
  • Submit to a comprehensive background check

  • Ability to frequently compose coherent reports written in English

  • Obtain sufficient coverage to fully develop the necessary facts required for the type of case being investigated
  • Complete cases with high priority and punctuality 
  • Construct a well-detailed, error-free (both factually and grammatically) report into the findings of the investigation
